Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote basis. You will participate in live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what’s off in writing, all on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong attention to detail and can provide concise, evidence-based explanations. A Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus, and you’ll have access to leading LLMs as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to assess adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise English explanation detailing what was observed or heard for each task.
