Job summary

Outlier is hiring participants to review AI-generated media from home. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare images and videos, and write precise explanations of what wasn’t accurate or aligned with prompts. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and payment per hour.

Ideal candidates are fluent English speakers with sharp attention to detail and strong written communication. Prior experience describing decisions or reviews is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Able to think on your feet and explain realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounded.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely for issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Writing a specific English explanation that points to what was seen or heard.
