• Ability to produce your own ratings and written explanations without using AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete detailed evaluation workflows and verify consistency across your own judgments.
• Compare paired examples systematically and identify the clearest quality differences.
• Explain each decision with observations recorded during your own review.
• Take part in English conversations with AI models when assigned to voice tasks.
• Record your ratings using project guidelines and flag examples that are difficult to judge.
