Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, fluent English speakers to review AI-generated media and provide written explanations of what’s off. You’ll roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, compare image and video outputs, and judge which results better match prompts, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortion or audio-visual misalignment.
• Rating outputs across dimensions and writing explanations in English.
