Outlier offers a remote, flexible, self-paced opportunity where you will review AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models, comparing image and video pairs, and explaining what’s off. You can work from home or while traveling, with payments weekly and incentives based on project needs.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to articulate evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in natural, conversational ways.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio-video misalignment.
• Writing explanations in English detailing what you saw or heard.
• Rating outputs across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism.
