Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on a flexible schedule.

Work from home or while traveling, with weekly payments and access to leading LLMs. Earn up to $18 per hour plus incentives, and help shape how AI systems reason and improve.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt more closely.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, and audio-video mismatch.
• Rate each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then write a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
