Job summary

Outlier invites detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with AI voice models, score exchanges, and explain in writing what looked off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication and comfortable with natural everyday conversational speech.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to replay/zoom in to verify observations.
• Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
• Ability to think on your feet and explain realistic situations clearly.
• Experience writing concise explanations or reviews.

Responsibilities

• Hold live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models and rank naturalness and clarity.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge prompt adherence.
• Inspect outputs closely, zoom in or replay to spot issues like artifacts, misalignment or audio-video mismatches.
• Rate outputs across dimensions and write English explanations pointing to what was observed.
