Syntony Engineering Fellowship seeks graduate students or those who have completed graduate studies to work on prototype and research-engineering projects in AI evaluation and governance. The program is designed as a part-time, project-scoped fellowship with defined technical questions and bounded scope.

Fellows collaborate with Nathan Heath, Syntony's Founder & CEO. Projects conclude with a usable artifact, and confidentiality/IP terms apply.

Competenze

• Eligibility requires current enrollment in a graduate program or completed graduate study.
• Undergraduate students can apply to the separate Undergraduate Internship.
• Strong programming ability, especially in Python or TypeScript.
• Evidence of independent building, such as a GitHub project, research code, a product or demo, technical writing, or substantial course or research work.
• Clear written communication and the ability to explain technical choices.
• Interest in AI safety, evaluation, governance, red teaming, systems thinking, or strategic risk.
