Job summary

Pure Imagination Studios is seeking an AI Engineer to identify and integrate generative AI tools that enhance creative, technical, and operational workflows across projects. The role focuses on prototyping and deploying AI-assisted solutions to improve content creation, streamline internal processes, and support multiplayer immersive simulation delivery.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college/technical school.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience using automation, scripting, or ML tools to support creative, technical, or operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the on-prem LLM stack, including model selection and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to implement AI solutions for real-time experiences and production tools.
• Create and manage retrieval systems connecting models to a domain corpus and ensure honesty when uncertain.
• Oversee setup and tuning of the local speech pipeline (ASR in, TTS out) for latency and naturalness in live simulations.
• Develop integration surfaces between AI and the product, supporting components that interact with AI and defining conversational interfaces.
