Premera Blue Cross seeks an AI Engineer IV to lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI/ML solutions from concept to production. You will mentor junior engineers, architect scalable pipelines, and guide governance and best practices across projects.

This remote/telecommuter role focuses on building low-latency APIs, robust data processing, and reliable AI infrastructure while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver tangible business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years developing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML systems.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (TF, PyTorch, JAX).
• Proven ability to productionize models and build scalable data pipelines.
• Familiarity with ethical AI, explainability, and bias mitigation.
• Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
