Premera Blue Cross is seeking an AI Engineer IV to lead AI/ML initiatives from concept to production. You will guide solutioning, prototype new AI products, and mentor junior engineers while deploying scalable AI infrastructure.

Applicants should have deep learning expertise, strong software engineering skills, and experience in building reliable data pipelines and scalable ML systems in Agile-like teams.

Qualifications

• BS in CS/Math/Stats or 2+ years in IT/analytics.
• 5+ years in developing, deploying AI/ML systems; advanced degrees or certs allowed.
• Experience with modern DL frameworks and production pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead AI/ML systems from conception to production.
• Design cloud architectures for large AI systems.
• Create robust data pipelines for AI workloads.
• Develop low-latency API specs for AI models.
• Monitor AI models and ensure reliable performance.
• Provide governance, code reviews, and mentoring.
