Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an AI Engineer to own and ship our internal automation roadmap. This remote, contract role focuses on building production systems on top of LLMs, not research.

You’ll work with engineering and delivery leadership to turn a documented automation roadmap into shipped, working systems. To qualify, you should have hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph or similar, plus production software skills in Python or Node.js, and prior API integrations with OpenAI or

Qualifications

• 2+ years building production software with Python or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen or similar agent frameworks.
• Proven API integration work with OpenAI or Anthropic (function calling, tool use, streaming).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks and basic cloud deployment.
• Solid version control habits.
• English proficiency sufficient for async written communication with a US-based team.

Responsabilités
