Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking an experienced AI Engineer (MLE Architect) to build a next-generation AI-driven workflow platform using agentic architecture. You will own end-to-end design, enterprise integration, security, and scalability across Python back-end services and React front-ends in a cloud-native AWS environment.

The role emphasizes guiding AI coding assistants, multi-agent collaboration, and secure, multi-tenant architectures.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python with AI agents development.
• Experience supervising AI coding assistants in production.
• Strong enterprise integration and cloud architecture skills.
• Frontend React experience and AWS expertise.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build full-stack enterprise platforms with agentic workflows.
• Translate requirements into scalable AI-powered workflows.
• Design orchestration, memory handling, and tool invocation.
• Integrate AI workflows with internal and external systems.
• Guide coding assistants to accelerate delivery with security and reliability.
• Design event-driven architectures on AWS.
• Develop secure Python back-end services.
• Build React front-end for AI-assisted workflows.
• Enforce identity, authentication, authorization, and multi-tenant security.
• Support deployments, including on-site integrations.
• Contribute to CI/CD, IaC, and observability.
