Insight Global is seeking a skilled AI Engineer for a 6-month remote contract with potential to convert to full-time. The role is remote within the United States, with responsibilities spanning design and build of AI-powered applications, translating business challenges into AI-driven solutions, prototyping, and integrating AI into existing processes.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of AI experience and familiarity with Claude, Codex, Copilot or similar tools, and are comfortable collaborating

• Familiar with Claude, Codex, Copilot or similar AI tools.
• Remote work capable and collaborative.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build AI-powered applications, agents, automations, and workflows.
• Translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
• Prototype quickly and iterate based on user feedback.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing tools, systems, and processes.
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive AI adoption.
• Evaluate, test, and improve AI solutions for reliability, usability, and business value.
• Educate users and teams on AI capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Use AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow.
