Job summary

iFIT in Logan, Utah, is seeking a Marketing Engineer - AI Enablement & Automation, remotely in the US or hybrid in Logan. You will own how the team uses AI tooling, set conventions, guardrails, and automation across our marketing stack.

You will automate recurring pipelines, build versioned models, and maintain live ad-account integrations with security and rollback capabilities while collaborating with analysts and engineers to ship exec-ready dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a technical marketing or data role with real code.
• Strong Python and SQL with production-grade code, including error handling and rollback.
• Experience with at least two major ad-platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit, or Impact.com) including OAuth.
• Experience writing automation against live spend with rollback and gated writes.
• Daily-driver experience with Claude Code or equivalent—building skills, agents, MCP integrations.
• Cloud fundamentals including AWS Secrets Manager, Lambda, S3, and IAM.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Automate core marketing workflows from manual to hands-off with guardrails.
• Develop versioned, validated models and automate incrementality testing pipelines.
• Industrialize channel allocation and geo-experiment tooling for measurable lift.
• Build and maintain API integrations across ad stacks with security and rollback.
• Own campaign-ops automation with full write authority and safe gating.
• Define and encode safety for agentic writes to ad platforms with audit trails.
• Manage internal deployments for self-serve reporting tools.
