Excelon Solutions is seeking an experienced AI Enablement & Training Lead to drive ChatGPT Mil adoption and capability development for U.S. government and military customers.

This contract role involves delivering virtual and onsite training and coaching senior leaders on AI opportunities and responsible use. You will collaborate with government stakeholders, DoD teams, and partners to tailor learning experiences, create resources, and lead Codex training.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing training, AI enablement, or learning and development.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and instructional design skills.
• Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, ChatGPT Mil, Codex, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, mission-focused training.
• Experience with U.S. government, DoD, or similarly regulated organizations.
• Strong understanding of U.S. military culture and operations.
• Prior military service or substantial experience with U.S. military personnel is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
• Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance (Tier 4) or similar.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute AI training and enablement strategies with government customers and partners.
• Deliver virtual and onsite ChatGPT Mil training to military personnel and executives.
• Lead introductory sessions, advanced workshops, and role-specific training.
• Provide executive coaching and responsible-use guidance on AI adoption.
• Conduct Codex training focused on AI-assisted software development.
• Create training resources: prompt libraries, guides, videos, docs, hands-on exercises.
• Customize content to mission objectives and security policies.
• Travel to customer locations for training launches and briefings.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and customer success teams.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve enablement programs.
• Ensure materials align with approved capabilities and responsible AI practices.
