Job summary

Leidos seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead execution for an AI‑powered autonomous vulnerability operations platform. You will bridge vulnerability researchers, software engineers, ML engineers, and government stakeholders to deliver a product on a predictable release cadence.

Responsibilities include roadmap planning, dependency management, and coordinating accreditation timelines across diverse environments. Strong technical depth and communication to leadership are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical program management, engineering management, or product development.
• Experience delivering software to production and owning delivery end‑to‑end.
• Hands‑on engineering background preferred for design review and estimates.
• Experience deploying across cloud, on‑premises, and air‑gapped/classified setups.
• Experience with RMF, ATO, and continuous ATO in government environments.
• Experience with AI/ML or agentic components in programs.
• Ability to communicate status, risk, and tradeoffs to engineers, leaders, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap development, release planning, and cadence management.
• Map cross‑team dependencies and manage critical paths.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and escalate where needed.
• Coordinate accreditation and deployment timelines across environments.
• Maintain technical depth to evaluate estimates and scope.
