Résumé du poste

micro1 is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project focusing on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows. You’ll evaluate and improve AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training.

Prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models is required; experience only using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional design or related creative work.
Proficiency with listed tools or equivalent apps.
Paid experience in AI human-data work (data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading).
Strong written and verbal English communication (B2 or above).
No formal degree required; practical creative experience valued.

Responsabilités

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and user experience.
Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
