  • Experience developing project plans, schedules, governance routines, status reports, risk and issue registers, dependency tracking, and executive updates.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise, decision-oriented messages.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing executive presentations, business-review materials, meeting content, and decision documents.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, including presentation and spreadsheet applications.
  • Experience using project-management, collaboration, workflow, automation, or AI-enabled platforms.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, operate effectively with ambiguity, and meet time-sensitive deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning, Governance, and Delivery: Translate strategic priorities into structured project plans with clear scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, owners, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution across CCS Business Operations and partner teams.
  • Track progress against schedule, resources, risks, dependencies, and commitments.
  • Establish fit-for-purpose governance, including operating cadence, status reporting, decision forums, and change control.
  • Identify emerging risks/issues and drive mitigation, escalation, and resolution with key stakeholders.
  • Support project initiation (business case, outcomes, scope) and formal closeout (lessons learned, handoffs, documentation).
  • Project Management and Executive Operating Support: Support the Vice President in prioritizing, managing, and coordinating CCS Business Operations initiatives.
  • Maintain a consolidated view of portfolio health, risks, decisions required, and resource considerations.
  • Prepare concise, decision-oriented executive summaries, leadership updates, and coherent business reporting.
  • Highlight trade-offs, gaps, and required interventions to facilitate timely executive decisions.
  • Manage documentation, version control, and accessible centralized repositories.
  • AI Adoption and Business Enablement: Coordinate initiatives to introduce and scale practical AI use cases across CCS Business Operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities that boost productivity, quality, speed, and insights.
  • Develop rollout plans for AI pilots, covering use-case definition, stakeholder alignment, training, and value tracking.
  • Establish adoption metrics and feedback loops to measure usage, risks, and business impact.
  • Promote responsible AI adoption in alignment with technology, security, privacy, and legal standards.
  • Document reusable best practices to enable repeatable AI adoption across the organization.
  • Project-Management Tool Evaluation and Adoption: Lead structured evaluations of PM, collaboration, and workflow tools based on business requirements.
  • Assess usability, integration, governance, security, scalability, and overall business value.
  • Coordinate tool pilots and proof-of-concept implementations, including configuration, training, and feedback collection.
  • Develop implementation and change management plans to drive sustained tool adoption.
  • Automate manual status collection, improve visibility, strengthen accountability, and speed up decision-making.
  • Meeting Management and Follow-Through: Schedule and facilitate project meetings with clear agendas, pre-reads, decision requests, and target outcomes.
  • Capture and promptly distribute decisions, action items, owners, and due dates.
  • Drive action-item closure, escalating unresolved or aging blockers with recommended next steps.
  • Process Improvement and Project Controls: Establish repeatable, PMP-aligned project management practices and controls across CCS Business Operations.
  • Streamline workflows and information flows using PM, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Maintain auditable project records to support decision-making and organizational learning.
  • Translate lessons learned into continuous process improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead through influence in a matrixed, geographically distributed environment.
  • Drive clarity when objectives, ownership, priorities, or timelines shift.
