Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst in Boise with strong software testing experience and a growing focus on AI-driven quality practices. The role blends traditional QA with AI/ML testing strategies, including validating AI models and automating test flows with AI-assisted tooling.

The candidate should have Agile/Scrum experience, a track record of automated testing in an Agile environment, and the ability to design and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Selenium

Qualifications

• Experience integrating automated testing processes and frameworks.
• Proficient in web service testing and API automation.
• Familiar with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and test environments.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tooling.
• Experience with AI-driven testing approaches and AI-assisted tooling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
• Use AI-driven tooling to improve test coverage and regression reliability.
• Understand and connect test plans to requirements and done criteria.
• Manage Test Case Repository and keep testcases up to date.
• Design automation framework using Selenium WebDriver, Java, and Jenkins.
