Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist to support a customer project in graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, and motion graphics. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide high-quality human feedback, and help improve AI training data and workflows.

Role requires paid experience in AI human-data work and the ability to work remotely with flexible scheduling. Strong command of design tools and high attention to detail are essential for delivering annotated, rubric-based

Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in related creative fields.
Paid experience in AI human-data work is required.
Proficient in English communication (B2 level or above).

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI content.
Document observations and suggest improvements to workflows and tools.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and UX.
