Job summary

Zone & Co. is seeking a Director of Procure-to-Pay Product Suite to define, build, and scale our flagship platform. You will lead a high-performing team, own the roadmap, and drive data-driven decisions for a global customer base.

As the AI operating system for finance teams, you will shape the vision, collaborate across functions, and deliver transformative procurement-to-pay solutions with measurable value, while guiding the organization toward innovation and excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management with deep AP automation and P2P expertise.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end AP workflows and CFO priorities.
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Define bold product vision and strategy for the Procure-to-Pay suite.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing product team.
• Own and scale the product roadmap with integrated procurement workflows.
• Translate feedback and market data into data-driven decisions.
• Champion design and user-centric solutions for the customer experience.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership from ideation to launch.
• Represent the Procure-to-Pay suite in customer conversations and events.
