Required: JD from a US law school and fluency in English; AmLaw 100 experience preferred. Training provided; no AI background needed. Work is independent, in a paid contractor capacity across the United States.

Qualifications

• JD from a US law school.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or similar handling litigation and complex transactional matters.
• Professional fluency in English; strong writing and analytical skills.
• No AI experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Create structured legal examples from complex litigation materials and transactional documents.
• Review the AI's analysis and provide clear, structured commentary on reasoning.
• Write sample agreements and legal clauses in the form a practicing attorney would use.
• Refine legal review frameworks and rubrics through detailed feedback.
