Job summary

Pierce Washington is seeking a Data Cloud & AI Solutions Engineer to lead the technical evaluation stage for data-driven Salesforce solutions, working with Data Cloud and Agentforce. You will partner with the sales team, deliver tailored demonstrations, and shape data architectures that meet client needs.

You will design AI-powered use cases, run proofs of concept, and act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

Experience in sales engineering and guiding customers through technical evaluations.
Proven ability to architect data-centric and AI-driven presentations and PoCs on Salesforce platforms.
Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and partners.
Ability to work autonomously and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging demonstrations of Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and AI tools.
Design and prototype AI-powered use cases to improve engagement and service efficiency.
Provide strategic pre-sales guidance on data architectures and real-time analytics.
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and partners throughout the sales cycle.
Lead proofs of concepts and technical workshops to showcase AI and data-driven transformations.
