Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Account Specialist, or Client Support in finance or insurance.
• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex financial or insurance concepts clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve real-world customer interaction and service scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured solutions and dialogues covering claims, policy inquiries, financial product guidance, and client communication.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, empathy, and compliance with financial and insurance standards.
