Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist to work with customers and internal teams to deploy voice AI technology. You will synthesize customer problems, data, and product needs into practical, high-impact solutions.

You will meet with strategic customers, design bespoke integrations, and guide best practices while collaborating with Engineers, Researchers, and Product teams to improve our voice and audio AI models. This role emphasizes ownership and cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in a technical capacity.
• Basic proficiency in Python and API integration for prototyping or demos.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to summarize complex technical concepts.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of complex projects and delivering results.
• Ability to adapt across different customer environments and use cases.
• Technical aptitude to quickly understand voice and audio AI models.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their audio and voice AI needs and pain points.
• Identify use cases with customers and collaborate with Engineers to implement voice and audio AI solutions.
• Design bespoke integrations to fit customers' products and operations.
• Guide customers on best practices to maximize effectiveness of our models.
• Present results and future work proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Collaborate with Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights.
• Build compelling demos for new and existing customers.
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Take full ownership of end-to-end execution of major projects for strategic partners.
• Work daily with customers' engineering and executive teams for optimal implementation.
