Qualifications

• Experience translating customer requirements into production implementations.
• Hands-on experience building and operating production LLM applications.
• Strong integration, testing, monitoring and logging capabilities.
• Cloud deployment, observability, and production debugging experience.
• German language proficiency at B2 or higher.
• Startup engineering environment experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into robust production plans and configurations.
• Lead deployments, including workflows, data flows, prompts, and guardrails for AI apps.
• Build integrations with third-party systems using APIs and webhooks.
• Write and test glue code and small-to-medium features with monitoring.
• Debug live issues across calls, workflows, and data, deploy fixes.
• Create reusable templates and deployment playbooks for repeatability.
• Share customer needs and product gaps with concrete recommendations.
