Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a motivated Product Owner to collaborate with engineering, data, and business teams to translate complex problems into intuitive AI-enabled products. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making and rapid iteration in a fully remote setting.

The candidate will own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch, prioritize features based on user needs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience owning a live software product.
• Strong product judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using KPIs, usage data, and customer insights.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and scoping through launch and iteration.
• Define product goals, KPIs, adoption metrics, and outcomes.
• Prioritize features based on user needs, business impact, and technical constraints.
• Turn ambiguous problems into focused, executable releases.
• Use customer feedback and product data to improve the product.
• Partner closely with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Move quickly while maintaining a high standard of product quality.
