Speechify is seeking a Software Engineer - AI Data to join the AI team and build data pipelines powering model training and AI products. You will create high-quality datasets at scale by blending engineering, infrastructure, and research, tackling complex data challenges and enabling faster, more reliable AI development.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of backend experience, strong Python/Bash skills, and a track record of production data pipelines.

Formación

• BS in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash in Linux environments.
• Experience building and operating production data pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Discover new sources of audio data and build pipelines to bring them into training datasets.
• Build and improve large-scale data-processing systems, optimizing quality, throughput and cost.
• Collaborate with AI scientists to improve training datasets for next‑gen models.
• Own engineering projects from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
