Job summary

Outlier is hiring remote evaluators to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off. Earn up to $15/hr with flexible hours and weekly payments, from home or while traveling.

Role includes evaluating image, video and audio outputs, writing clear notes, and contributing to a feedback loop that helps improve AI systems. Remote work with international scope is available.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to explain observations precisely.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos, judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like misalignment, artifacts, or audio/video mismatch.
• Provide written explanations of findings in English.
