Qualifications

• Experience in copy editing, editorial review, or content compliance in a regulated industry.
• Strong working knowledge of US higher education marketing regulations, FTC guidelines, and accreditation claims.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and AI search optimization.
• Experience reviewing AI-generated content for regulatory compliance and brand suitability.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit all studio copy across email, paid social, digital display, web, and video scripts for five institutions.
• Collaborate with Legal to ensure disclosures and claims are substantiated and compliant.
• Maintain editorial standards and terminology across all studio output.
• Optimize content for SEO and AI search visibility, including structured content and GEO considerations.
• Assess AI-produced copy for compliance and risk before approval workflow.
