Job summary

Outlier is hiring reviewers to spot what AI-generated media gets wrong. You’ll hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image/video pairs, and explain issues remotely on your own schedule. Earn up to $15/hr, with additional incentives and weekly payments via ACH, PayPal, or AirTM.

This is a freelance 1099 contract; you must be authorized to work in your country. Ideal candidates are fluent in English, detail-oriented, and able to provide concise, evidence-based explanations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos to judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs for distortions, flicker, misalignment, or text/audio issues and explain findings in writing.
• Rate outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and provide a concise explanation.
