Synthires is seeking experienced Generalist Writers to support specialized AI quality and evaluation projects. You will assess both human-written and AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to guidelines while contributing to improvements in AI system performance.

This is a remote, hourly engagement with a minimum of 20 hours per week and an initial four-week sprint. Ideal candidates are native US English writers with strong editing, attention to detail, and ability to follow

Qualificações

• Native US English with exceptional grammar, syntax, tone, and writing.
• Professional writing, editing or content review experience.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to spot subtle issues.
• Clear, precise written and verbal communication.
• Strong ability to follow complex evaluation guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Review and assess written content and AI outputs for accuracy, coherence, completeness, and quality.
• Evaluate adherence to detailed instructions and evaluation criteria.
• Provide concise, actionable written feedback focused on precision.
• Identify discrepancies, ambiguities and factual or quality issues.
• Document findings using provided evaluation tools, guidelines and formats.
• Apply evaluation criteria consistently across high volumes of content.
• Participate in a four-week project sprint and commit to 20+ hours per week.
• Manage tasks independently ensuring high-quality, consistent outputs.
