Alignerr, powered by Labelbox, is seeking a skilled English writer/editor to evaluate and improve AI-generated content. Your editorial eye will shape how AI systems produce clear, accurate English for millions of readers, influencing tone, readability, and quality across vast datasets.

This is a remote hourly contract (10–40 hours/week). Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in English or related field, have strong proofreading instincts, command of grammar, syntax and style, and can provide

Qualifications

• Degree in English, Humanities, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Strong proofreading and editing instincts with an eye for subtle errors.
• Excellent command of written English — grammar, syntax, tone, and style.
• Comfortable evaluating content at scale while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated English content for grammar, tone, clarity, and style.
• Improve readability and flow without altering the original intent.
• Flag inconsistencies and awkward phrasing for correction.
• Provide structured, actionable feedback using defined quality rubrics.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
