IEEE is seeking an AI Content Licensing Product Manager to lead product strategy for licensing IEEE content in AI tools and platforms. This remote role focuses on delivering peer-reviewed IEEE research to AI researchers, with emphasis on provenance, licensing terms, and go-to-market execution.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, and IT to define requirements, negotiate terms, and ensure timely content delivery across testing and deployment, while shaping broader market strategy for AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in business, product management, licensing, or related roles.
• Experience in B2B publishing is a plus.
• Understanding of generative AI products, including retrieval-augmented generation.

Responsabilités

• Support IEEE's AI product strategy, vision, and roadmap for agentic retrieval and orchestration, including product portfolio development.
• Develop strategy and guidelines for attribution, link-back, and provenance standards for AI tools displaying IEEE content.
• Partner with Sales to evaluate opportunities and provide guidance on proposals.
• Manage API access request process for determining new opportunities and supporting existing customers.
• Develop business-side requirements and take product ownership in the SCRUM workflow.
• Work with Global Sales and Legal & Compliance to review and negotiate customer agreements regarding AI terms of use.
• Work with IT to ensure content delivery commitments for testing and purchase fulfillment.
• Gather market-based requests and make recommendations on product portfolio and strategy.
• Translate market expectations into requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
