Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model and score each exchange, compare generated images and videos to judge which follows the prompt better, and explain in writing what looked or sounded off, all remotely and on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to decide clearly when both options have flaws.
• Eligible countries: Australia, Canada, Ireland, United Kingdom, United States.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and ranking naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism, with a written explanation in English.
