Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media remotely on a flexible schedule. You will host live conversations with AI voice models, compare media pairs, and explain what went wrong, with emphasis on prompt adherence and realism.

Responsibilities include evaluating audio, video, and image outputs, providing written explanations, and contributing to an evaluation loop that helps improve AI systems. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Holding live conversations with AI voice models and ranking how natural they sound.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs for distortions, flicker, motion issues, text errors, or mismatched audio.
• Writing clear, evidence-based explanations in English describing what was observed.
