Outlier is seeking detail-oriented reviewers to rate AI-generated media by holding live conversations with AI voice models and comparing generated media against prompts. You’ll document what looked off and why, from home on a flexible schedule, contributing to AI systems that perform better in the real world.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and careful listening.
• Experience writing concise evidence-based explanations.

Responsibilities

• Hold live conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot artifacts, distortions, or mismatches.
• Provide written explanations detailing what was seen or heard and why.
• Rate outputs across dimensions such as adherence, quality, and realism.
