Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will hold live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs for naturalness and adherence, and write concise explanations in English.

Tasks include comparing AI-generated images and videos to prompts, spotting issues like artifacts or misalignment, and rating outputs across dimensions. Remote work with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is nice to have.
• Able to think on your feet and discuss realistic scenarios clearly.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Ability to make clear decisions when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a focused explanation in English.
• Common tasks include image evaluations, video evaluations, video caption labeling, and audio/voice evaluations.
