Outlier is seeking detail-oriented, English-speaking reviewers to evaluate AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will rate and explain AI outputs, including images, videos, and audio, and help improve model performance.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours and pays up to $15/hr. It is a freelance, 1099 opportunity with weekly payments and access to LLM tools. Applicants from multiple countries are welcome, including the US and UK.

Competenze

• Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable making a clear decision when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have a Bachelor's degree or above.

Mansioni

• Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then ranking how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging which one better follows the prompt.
• Inspecting outputs closely, including zooming in and replaying, to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering or unnatural motion, text errors, and audio that doesn't match the video.
• Rating each output across dimensions like adherence, quality, and realism, then writing a specific explanation in English that points to what you saw or heard.
• Engaging in image, video, and audio evaluations to provide detailed feedback and scoring.
