The role involves reviewing written material, following detailed instructions, providing actionable feedback, and documenting findings with evaluation tools.

Qualifications

• Native US English speaker with exceptional grammar, syntax, tone, and written communication.
• Professional experience in writing, editing, proofreading, content review, or similar writing-intensive roles.
• Attention to detail to identify subtle errors and quality issues.
• Clear, precise written and verbal communication with focus on clarity.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and evaluation guidelines consistently.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for objective assessment.
• Ability to provide concise, constructive, well-supported feedback.
• Available immediately with at least 20 hours per week.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, hourly engagement.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess written content and AI-generated responses for accuracy, coherence, completeness, and overall quality.
• Evaluate whether outputs follow detailed instructions, guidelines, and defined evaluation criteria.
• Provide clear, actionable, and objective written feedback focused on precision and consistency.
• Identify discrepancies, ambiguities, factual issues, grammatical errors, and areas for improvement.
• Systematically document findings using provided evaluation tools, guidelines, and reporting formats.
• Apply evaluation criteria consistently across a high volume of written materials.
• Participate in an initial four-week project sprint, with potential extension based on performance.
• Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week throughout the engagement.
• Manage assigned work independently while maintaining high-quality and consistent outputs.
