Job summary

10x.team is seeking an experienced compliance professional to help AI labs understand and apply regulatory concepts at scale. The role is freelance, remote, EU/UK based, 8–20 hours per week, coordinating with AI researchers and project teams.

Your work involves reviewing AI outputs for regulatory accuracy, drafting realistic scenarios, and providing structured feedback to improve practical compliance coverage across dynamic AI systems.

Qualifications

• Senior compliance specialist with hands-on regulatory experience.
• Based in and eligible to work in the EU or UK.
• Several years of hands-on compliance, regulatory, or risk management experience.
• Excellent at assessing compliance logic and practical implementation.
• Comfortable providing clear, structured feedback and working independently.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs on regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Evaluate AI responses for regulatory accuracy, commercial realism, and real-world applicability.
• Draft realistic compliance scenarios and case studies.
• Create scenario variations from diverse stakeholder perspectives.
• Identify gaps, flaws, or oversimplifications in AI-generated content.
