KENTECH Consulting Inc. is a background screening technology company known for eKnowID and ClarityIQ. We seek an AI Automation Specialist to lead design, development and optimization of AI-driven automation for investigative workflows.

This highly technical role requires deep AI experience, system integrations, automation scripting, and strong regulatory compliance across GDPR/CCPA and SOC 2. The remote position spans global teams; it offers growth opportunities and exposure to high-impact AI

Qualifications

3+ years in AI/ML development using TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, AWS AI, or Google Cloud AI.
Proficient in Python, R, or JavaScript; experience with API integrations and automation scripting.
Hands-on AI deployment in production and integration with SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

AI Development & Implementation: Design and deploy AI automation solutions to streamline investigative workflows.
Develop AI models and integrations within KENTECH’s SaaS platforms (eKnowID, ClarityIQ).
Collaborate with OpenAI, AWS AI, Google AI, Azure AI to enhance automation and decision support.
System Integration & Workflow Automation: Ensure seamless AI integrations with case management, CRM, and HRIS; manage API connections.
Security & Compliance: Maintain GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2 compliance and follow data security protocols.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Regularly test, monitor, and optimize AI models; document processes and train staff.
