Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex system integration, along with the ability to produce production-grade software with modular architecture and live-environment experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Experience building production-grade software with modular separation.
• Proven ability to work with live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback.
• Nice to have experience in live tools integration (e.g., Supabase, Gmail, APIs).
