You'll design and test agent coordination, write evaluation rubrics, and debug traces, contributing to live deployments with multi-turn interactions. Previous backend engineering or AI automation experience is preferred; 2+ years recommended.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
• Ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular services (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience in live environments and handling multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail with high-density technical feedback on system behavior.
• Nice to have experience with live tool integrations.
