Neutals Labs is seeking an AI Audio Data Trainer to join our Data Operations team. You will collect high-quality speech data and annotate audio to train LLMs and speech-recognition systems from a remote setup in the United States, United Kingdom, or Australia.

You will record samples, perform transcription and speaker diarization, and conduct quality checks to keep data aligned with project standards. A quiet environment and reliable internet are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must be a native or fluent speaker of English with a US, UK, or Australian accent.
• Proven experience in audio data annotation, transcription, or similar data labeling tasks.
• Access to a high-quality USB condenser microphone and a quiet, echo-free recording environment.
• Stable high-speed internet connection capable of uploading large audio files reliably.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Record and upload high-fidelity audio samples following specific prompt guidelines and dialect requirements.
• Perform detailed audio annotation tasks, including transcription, speaker diarization, and sentiment tagging.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews on previously recorded data to ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Maintain a consistent recording schedule to meet daily or weekly data collection quotas.
• Provide feedback on unclear prompts or technical issues encountered during the data collection process.
