StackAdapt is seeking an AI Automation Engineer specializing in LLM and agentic systems for a fully remote role in the United States. The candidate will own end-to-end AI agent development, connect AI capabilities to enterprise apps, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-growing adtech ecosystem.

Base USD salary ranges from $128k to $176k with potential equity and bonuses. Strong background in Python, LangChain, LLM APIs, and enterprise integrations is required.

Qualificações

• Experience with AI cloud services and LLM APIs from major providers.
• Strong business process analysis and re-engineering skills.
• Solid understanding of NLP/ML and ML principles.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms and RPA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows for AI-driven automation.
• Oversee lifecycle of AI agent development from design to production.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of AI agents.
• Design integrations with CRMs/ERPs and internal databases.
• Develop connectors, APIs, and middleware for data exchange.
• Mentor admins and junior developers in building AI agents.
