Job summary

Binance is seeking an AI Agent R&D Engineer to build an enterprise-grade conversational agent platform, focusing on tool calling, memory, orchestration, and robust deployment of AI features for business scenarios such as AI search and trading insights.

You’ll join a fast-paced team adapting AI capabilities to production, balancing performance, security, and scalability while collaborating with product, data, and trading teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years backend development experience with Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience deploying large-model / AI applications.
• Experience with microservices, caching, queues, databases, and governance.
• Interest in digital asset trading, market structure, on‑chain data, and token information.
• Strong data analysis and troubleshooting to drive improvements.
• Experience building agent platforms and AI-related tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop an enterprise-grade conversational agent platform for core business scenarios such as AI search, token insights, and trading strategy generation.
• Design multi-turn conversations with memory, tool calling, orchestration, and fallback handling.
• Build and optimize the LLM application pipeline, including prompt engineering, RAG, vector retrieval, and function calling.
• Collaborate with product, algorithm, data, and trading teams to deploy capabilities into production.
• Establish monitoring and evaluation systems to improve key metrics like first-resolution rate and user satisfaction.
• Ensure system stability, security, and compliance under high concurrency.
