You will help train and improve AI agents by evaluating multi-step orchestration tasks and providing robust feedback across production environments. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in backend engineering, experience with live systems, and a strong eye for detail in high-complexity workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in backend engineering or complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (data parsing, logic processing, reporting).
• Experience building for live environments and multi-turn system interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Write evaluation rubrics for agent tasks.
• Debug agent traces to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Stress test agent performance under realistic workloads.
