Qualifications

• 2+ years of backend engineering experience.
• Experience in AI automation and complex systems integration.
• Proven ability to build production-grade software with modular services.

• Write Eval Rubrics to evaluate AI agents.
• Debug Agent Traces to ensure correctness.
• Stress Test Agent under varied scenarios.
